Equal parts impressive and disappointing
Location was fantastic right on St Catherine's shopping street with spacious accommodations and friendly staff. The room's outlook over the lovely square added to the charm of my stay.
The breakfast choices felt limited and awkwardly set up in a cramped area impacting my overall dining experience.

Prime Location, Historic Charm, Spacious Bathrooms
Cleanliness issues in various areas need attention!!! Small elevator feels cramped, especially with luggage!!! Decor and carpets seem dated and could use a serious overhaul!!! Wi-Fi connection should be improved to meet modern standards!!!

Had an amazing time with friends exploring the charming streets and checking out local bars. The location is super convenient, making it easy to walk around. The breakfast was solid with good coffee and plenty of options. Rooms might be on the smaller side, but they were cozy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and offered great tips for our outings.
However, the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown as it struggled to keep up during the summer heat, which affected our comfort a bit.

The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lobby with a great reading nook. I also enjoyed the lovely terrace for some fresh air and downtime. Just a heads-up, the breakfast room could get a bit warm, but it didn't take away from my stay at all. 😊

The location next to the opera house and tram lines is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store food in their refrigerator. However, the hotel is showing its age, with some plumbing issues and a lift that feels quite dated. While breakfast is standard, the artisan bread offered was a delightful touch. Cleanliness could improve, as there were some areas that needed better attention.
